Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery team. Co-build production-ready components with a Deployment Strategist, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment. Develop AI agents and integrations, build data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360/Snowflake/Databricks, and ship performance dashboards and KPI reporting. Stay on the frontier with evolving tools, models, and frameworks while traveling to work alongside customers.

•Design and deploy agentic AI solutions that go live in production from day one.
•Develop AI agents and integrations using prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and LLM techniques.
•Own components end-to-end from architecture choice through validation and observability in production.
•Build and integrate data pipelines and model/validate outputs across Salesforce Data 360 and customer data platforms.
•Create performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
•Degree in Computer Science or related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; willing to expand as needed.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to explain prompt failures and improvements.
