Director of Systems/Electrical Engineering

Lead a systems engineering group responsible for the design, development, and implementation of complete engineering programs aligned to budgets and release schedules. Set long-range plans and engineering strategies, define performance metrics, and guide reporting engineering managers on program, strategy, and process design. Partner with internal customers and external stakeholders on complex engineering issues, resolving high-impact technical problems while driving control architecture and system-integration excellence.
