Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products, recommending solutions based on the value proposition.
  • •Use approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Drive cross-selling and outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls as directed.
  • •Refer customers to assigned business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) when appropriate and provide timely, holistic solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Sales comfort to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Professional representation of the bank through appearance and verbal/written communication.
  • •Registration: S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
