Own end-to-end service parts demand planning and forecasting across the full service lifecycle, using quantitative methods and deep analysis of historical data. Lead forecast accuracy and bias improvement, optimize multi-echelon inventory policies, and mitigate shortages, excess, and excess & obsolescence risk. Drive inventory health through sourcing and repair strategy, manage replenishment and material balancing, and coordinate lifecycle events like NPI and LTB while reporting performance to stakeholders.
