Lead and mentor PMs to elevate MonetizeMore’s product craft and operating model, while owning the Advanced Ads product strategy and growth. Drive continuous discovery, align engineering, design, and growth, and prioritize ROI-driven roadmaps to maximize LTV and MRR across a globally distributed, remote team.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a player-coach to other Product Managers, elevating product craft, execution, and strategic thinking; promote an outcome-driven culture over sprint velocity.
•Define and execute the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, integrating ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Own monetization strategy and GTM plans for the Advanced Ads business line, prioritizing ROI and metrics like LTV and monthly recurring revenue.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are adopted and commercialized successfully.
