Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure plant availability through preventive maintenance of systems, equipment, and test devices
  • •Minimize downtime with sustainable maintenance strategies and assist machine operators with basic maintenance tasks
  • •Analyze and fix production disturbances including root-cause analysis
  • •Drive continuous improvement in maintenance and contribute to optimization of production assets
  • •Serve as technical interface across Production, Engineering, Development, R&D, NPI, and BI to advise on technical questions and improvements

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossene technische Berufsbildung (EFZ) im elektronischen Bereich (z. B. Automatiker, Polymechaniker, Elektroniker)
  • •Erfahrung in der Elektronikproduktion, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in Lean Management, Supply Chain und SMD/Flip-Chip-Bestückung
  • •Gute Übersicht über die gesamte Produktionskette sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in der Automatisierung oder Halbleiterfertigung
