Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and scale multiple AI/ML-focused software engineering teams to drive enterprise AI initiatives.
  • •Mentor engineers and advance expertise in MLOps, LLM architecture, and advanced data science practices.
  • •Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate intelligent application capabilities, validation, and evaluation frameworks into production-ready software.
  • •Continuously mature AI engineering practices, including robust frameworks for model lineage, continuous training, and secure, ethical deployment.
  • •Architect and deliver scalable full-stack AI solutions with low-latency model inference using Agile and distributed cloud technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 286,200 - 326,700 annually
