•Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services/goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service.
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
•Knowledge of banking acumen including banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, and business lending.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
