Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Provide in-home one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA, using behavior intervention plans to support development and daily life. You’ll deliver therapy in Beech Bluff, TN, collect and record data on client progress, participate in supervision and required team meetings, and help ensure high-quality care for families. The role offers part-time scheduling, hourly pay, and training support toward RBT certification.
