Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end release strategy and full release cycle for the C3 AI Platform and applications, replacing manual coordination with automated, AI-supported deployment pipelines and readiness assessments.
  • •Build and maintain custom scripts, bots, and automations to streamline branching, build coordination, and dependency tracking, along with executive dashboards and status reports.
  • •Define and enforce dynamic automated quality gates covering reliability, security, and performance.
  • •Manage hotfixes and patch releases using AI-driven root cause analysis and automated triage, including predictive incident management and rapid team mobilization.
  • •Lead technical program management for critical engineering projects, driving alignment on scope/schedule/success metrics and translating outcomes into time-bound commitments and follow-through.

Salary: USD 99,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • •7+ years of combined release management and technical program management in a software or enterprise AI environment.
  • •Deep familiarity with modern release processes, including CI/CD, GitOps workflows, branching strategies, and deployment automation.
  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs from inception through delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency with project/program tools such as Jira and Confluence, using agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
