Consultant, Brokerage Excess Underwriting - E&S/Specialty

Underwrite complex individual risks for Excess & Surplus/Specialty (E&S/S) with high authority for acceptability, pricing, coverage, and terms. Partner with actuarial, finance, and claims teams to support rates, profitability, and SIR viability. Manage broker relationships to achieve production and loss ratio goals, handle policy maintenance and claims actions, and support reinsurance placement while mentoring underwriting talent.
