Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to live vehicle incidents, breakdowns, and situations requiring physical intervention on public and private roads.
  • •Assess situations on arrival, take appropriate action, and communicate clearly with the remote operations team throughout the response.
  • •Safely operate and drive vehicles for deployment, repositioning, and service needs while ensuring interventions meet required standards.
  • •Reposition vehicles across operational zones and support recovery when a vehicle cannot return to depot under its own operation.
  • •Uphold AV safety standards, complete field reports/incident logs, follow SOPs, and coordinate seamless handovers and accurate status updates with depot and remote teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid UAE driving licence with a minimum of three years of driving experience and a good driving record.
  • •Good understanding of UAE road regulations, traffic rules, and RTA requirements.
  • •Comfortable operating vehicles under varying conditions and able to make clear decisions under pressure.
  • •Technically comfortable with modern apps, digital systems, and communication platforms.
  • •Fluent in English and able to work outdoors across varying weather conditions for extended periods; high school diploma or equivalent required.
