Job Summary

Model and coach customer-facing selling behaviors while supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance. •Model and coach the ultimate consumer experience through selling practices and authentic customer service.
•Assist store management in training and coaching staff to deliver customer service and meet sales goals.
•Support leadership in maximizing sales opportunities and driving store performance.
•Support operational excellence by helping get products to the floor, supporting store operations, and contributing to visual merchandising.

Key Requirements

•Be 18 years or older.

•Be able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and perform frequent physical tasks including moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
•Have reliable transportation.
