Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the hands-on, independent Forward Deployed Engineer (Delta) bridging Palantir Foundry capabilities to the client’s healthcare operational context.
  • •Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across batch, streaming, and CDC data pipelines.
  • •Build scalable data warehouse solutions in BigQuery, including query optimization, partitioning, clustering, and migrations from legacy warehouses.
  • •Develop user-facing applications using Workshop and OSDK, including custom widgets and operational workflows.
  • •Mentor engineers as needed and shape the technical strategy across critical engagements in the client’s healthcare ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting, including 2+ years building solutions with Palantir Foundry.
  • •Strong programming experience in Python, SQL, TypeScript, and/or Java, with expertise using PySpark, Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB for large-scale data engineering.
  • •Deep expertise with the Foundry Ontology (Object Types, Link Types, Action Types, Interfaces, Functions) and OSDK development.
  • •Experience designing and maintaining production-grade batch, streaming, and CDC data pipelines using Palantir Foundry pipeline tools and scheduling.
  • •Strong understanding of GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions) and enterprise data governance/security, including HIPAA-compliant data handling.
