Lead all aspects of an assigned Truist branch, driving performance through coaching, management, and business development. Grow Small Business and Mass Affluent revenue via face-to-face client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, while partnering with IRM and operations teams. Manage human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling.
