Key Responsibilities

•Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock from hub/warehouse and reporting discrepancies.
•Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including omnichannel handling and stock pullback.
•Maintain tidy, compliant back-of-house operations in line with Retail Operations standards.
•Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead.
•Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization) to enhance the client experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 19.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Inventory control experience including receiving and handling stock orders from hub or warehouse; report discrepancies.
•Ability to retrieve stock promptly to support sales and omnichannel operations.
•Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a busy team environment.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Experience with SAP is desirable and basic Microsoft software skills are preferable.
