Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock from hub/warehouse and reporting discrepancies.
  • •Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including omnichannel handling and stock pullback.
  • •Maintain tidy, compliant back-of-house operations in line with Retail Operations standards.
  • •Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead.
  • •Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization) to enhance the client experience.

Salary: USD 19 - 19.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Inventory control experience including receiving and handling stock orders from hub or warehouse; report discrepancies.
  • •Ability to retrieve stock promptly to support sales and omnichannel operations.
  • •Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a busy team environment.
  • •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • •Experience with SAP is desirable and basic Microsoft software skills are preferable.
