Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver a professional development strategy across teachers, mentors, and principals.
  • •Strengthen classroom teaching and concept knowledge, and drive adoption of Khanmigo using tools such as lesson hooks and real-world context generator.
  • •Guide teachers to use Khanmigo and digital resources to explore pedagogical explanations and analyze student misconceptions.
  • •Monitor student practice and assessment data to identify learning gaps and support targeted instructional interventions.
  • •Conduct 4–6 field visits per month to observe mentor teacher classroom practices and provide structured feedback, plus document training and report program progress.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience, including 3+ years working as a math teacher (ideally Grades 11–12).
  • •Strong academic mastery of Grade 11 & 12 Mathematics and ability to translate it into classroom teaching strategies.

  • •Strong ability to design and deliver training programs for teachers and education stakeholders (preferred).
  • •Comfort with education technology and AI tools, with willingness to travel across the state up to 50% each month.
