Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver features and improvements to reliable distributed services used across Autodesk.
  • •Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
  • •Troubleshoot production issues and drive improvements to reliability, scalability, and operability.
  • •Support internal development teams by answering technical questions, resolving usage issues, and providing sample code and reusable patterns.
  • •Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hands-on software development with strong fundamentals in testing, debugging, code quality, and design principles.
  • •Experience building production backend software in Go, Java, Python, or a similar language.
  • •Experience building and operating software on cloud infrastructure with distributed systems.
  • •Ability to own technical work from implementation through production support.
  • •Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues and evaluate technical trade-offs with minimal supervision.
