Key Responsibilities

  • •Support supervision teams with inspection of construction sites, including progress and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Support pre-construction reviews of contractor work programs and submittals such as staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, project procedures, and traffic management plans.
  • •Coordinate with planning engineers to monitor contractors’ daily activities and resource allocation against plans.
  • •Conduct construction works inspections based on requests for inspections and highlight reasons for rejection when applicable.
  • •Support quality and HSSE activities, including raising and monitoring quality/non-conformity action plans and enforcing HSSE procedures on site.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in architecture, engineering, and planning with expertise in construction site inspections in a top-tier regional/multinational consultancy.
  • •Experience performing inspections on large supervision sites, including works progress, quality, and HSSE inspections.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • •Strong ability to maintain familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, standard details, and related workmanship/quality information.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
