Personal Banker Associate I - Clearwater, FL (Enterprise Financial Center)

Participate in a 4–8 week onboarding and education program to become a Retail Personal Banker I, including rotations in operations and Sales & Service. After certification, use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customers’ current and future needs. Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, use approved marketing tools to set appointments, cross-sell and conduct outside sales, and collaborate with business partners while processing teller transactions and supporting platform staff.
