Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client-facing stakeholder engagement across Natural Resources and New Energies.
  • •Lead Manchester expansion: recruitment, proposal and bid reviews, onboarding, and building a sustainable leadership team.
  • •Deliver planning and project controls for major programmes, covering plans, costs, safety, environment, and programme performance.
  • •Review and monitor new project proposals/remits to develop realistic resource plans and identify resourcing needs.
  • •Monitor data input to cost and performance systems to assure deliverables meet required data standards, and support the wider programme controls function.

Key Requirements

  • •Natural Resources and New Energies focused experience.
  • •Proven business development experience.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • •Demonstrable management and leadership approach, including mentoring and coaching.
  • •Proven PMO/planning and project controls experience, ideally within Natural Resources and New Energies, using tools such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office.
