Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as incident manager/coordinator and drive end-to-end response from intake through containment, remediation, and closure.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders during incidents and operational initiatives to drive alignment and execution.
  • •Design and implement automation solutions to improve cyber incident management processes and operational efficiency.
  • •Develop workflows for incident intake, triage, escalation, stakeholder communications, action tracking, and closure.
  • •Maintain project plans and deliver executive updates, dashboards, and metrics to support governance and continuous improvement.
