Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute store retail strategies, staying aware of local market trends and competitors.
  • •Lead the store team by reinforcing ALO’s mission and guiding principles for guest experience.
  • •Manage performance through growth, accountability, inclusivity, training, coaching, and talent analysis.
  • •Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual managers to ensure execution of key strategies and guidelines.
  • •Create schedules that deliver business results while maintaining labor effectively and support a safe work environment.

  • •5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.

  • •Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 pounds and safely move around the store for an entire shift.
