Key Responsibilities

  • •Put together components to build finished products by following blueprints/instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety practices.
  • •Receive daily work assignments and execute production while performing quality checks and documenting processes.
  • •Report deviations (safety, quality, parts, equipment) to Status Boards and update Team Leader/Team Manager.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through KAIZEN, waste elimination, and daily/weekly 5S routines, including cross-training for other manufacturing processes.
