Job Summary

Support the A330 Final Assembly Line (FAL) Logistics team by developing process and tools activities focused on user support and operations management. You will resolve Level 2 incidents to prevent production blockages, escalate and categorize complex issues for continuous improvement, and manage Manufacturing Orders (Ordres de Fabrication) and CT176 processes. Provide high-quality support to a user population of about 60 people while ensuring delivery timing and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Resolve Level 2 incidents within your area of expertise to ensure zero production blockages.
•Escalate complex incidents, categorize them, and drive continuous improvement to reduce recurrence.
•Release and realign Manufacturing Orders (Ordres de Fabrication) for the FAL.
•Manage CT176 processes (sorting, verification, provisioning, and reminders).
•Provide high-quality user support for approximately 60 people in the FAL logistics environment.
