Key Responsibilities

  • •Run thorough performance testing on Fortinet hardware and software (FGT/VM) using traffic generators and a custom automation framework.
  • •Analyze system behavior under load and deliver test results to the Systems Engineering community.
  • •Provide general technical support to pre-Sales teams.
  • •Assist with remote field-based Proof of Concept (POC) activities and support design expertise for the field.
  • •Contribute to RFP responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Advanced proficiency in English.
  • •Experience with system internals and network performance aspects such as interrupts, context switching, and routing/packet processing.
  • •Understanding of system internals or Wireshark, including familiarity with RFC 3511 and RFC 9411.
  • •Testing experience with Spirent and/or BreakingPoint/Keysight, or familiarity with Fortigate/FOS.
