Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Managers in executing stormwater, watershed, and civil projects from planning through design and construction.
  • •Coordinate with internal multi-disciplinary teams to track progress, manage deliverables, and maintain schedules.
  • •Perform and oversee technical work including stormwater management design (ERP systems, treatment, attenuation), hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and watershed/floodplain and drainage/grading design to support permitting and construction.
  • •Prepare/review engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction plans/specifications; coordinate permitting and regulatory agency interactions.
  • •Assist with project scope, schedule, and budget tracking and invoicing support; participate in client meetings; support public engagement, site visits, construction services, and mentor junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a focus in Water Resources or related discipline.
  • •1–3+ years of relevant experience in stormwater, water resources, or site civil engineering.
  • •Experience supporting project delivery, including coordination of tasks, schedules, and technical deliverables.
  • •Working knowledge of stormwater management/design, hydrology and hydraulics, and drainage/grading design.
  • •Experience with design and modeling software such as Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS/SWMM/ICPR (or similar).
