Treasury Management Area Manager

Lead the Treasury Management team for a defined region, coordinating achievement of TM P&L plan targets and driving revenue growth through sales of treasury management solutions. Manage and develop Treasury Management Officers, recruit and top-grade talent, set sales goals and calling strategy, and deliver weekly performance reviews. Identify new revenue opportunities using working capital analysis, coordinate solution education and implementations, and ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
