Drive store sales goals by delivering an elevated ALO guest experience through genuine connection, product education, and sharing the brand’s community and culture. Serve as an expert on product features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care while working closely with the team to execute sales floor coverage, visual merchandising, and front/back-of-house procedures. Analyze reports with leadership to support action plans and resolve customer needs quickly and effectively.
