Job Summary

Drive growth of distribution sales through channel partners and direct sales for power tools and industrial lifting within the assigned territory. Own account planning, enquiry pipelines, booking forecasts, and revenue AOP performance. Manage and expand the channel partner network, evaluate performance, and develop opportunities with OEMs and key accounts. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, run product demos/trials, collaborate cross-functionally, and support customer satisfaction and account receivables.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and drive growth of distribution sales via channel partners and direct sales for power tools and industrial lifting in the assigned territory.
•Manage enquiry pipelines, booking forecasts, and generate new opportunities to deliver profitable growth and revenue AOP.
•Review channel partner performance monthly, adjust plans to hit targets, and evaluate/appoint new channel partners to cover white spaces.
•Understand customer requirements and arrange submission of techno-commercial proposals; conduct product demo/trials to promote offerings.
•Maintain and expand strategic relationships with OEMs, key accounts, and customers; collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and support account receivables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s, preferably a master’s in mechanical or mechatronics engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
•10-12 years of relevant experience in industrial products/projects and indirect (channel) sales.
•Ability to perform account planning and execution using available CRM tools.
•Experience managing enquiry pipelines, booking forecasts, and generating opportunities for profitable growth.
•Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building, presentation, and communication with customers and channel partners.
