Manage a portfolio of 100+ small and medium-sized restaurant partners in Zagreb, driving partner engagement, activation, and revenue growth. Conduct regular outbound outreach via phone and email, build strong relationships, and use partner performance data to recommend improvements. Promote platform features, promotions, and advertising opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support) to resolve partner issues while meeting monthly targets.
