Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the content roadmap and prioritization across the full property journey (what to write, refresh, consolidate, or kill).
  • •Scale content with AI by designing agentic workflows, applying quality gates, and improving AI output over time via feedback loops.
  • •Build semantic SEO strategy using entities, topical maps, information gain, query intent, and internal linking; improve AI answer visibility as a channel.
  • •Lead and coach a distributed writing team day-to-day while shipping personally as a player-coach.
  • •Measure performance at page/cluster level using SQL and analytics tools, instrument experiments, and run content A/B tests with statistical rigor.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in SEO/content, including 3+ years leading multi-writer teams at meaningful scale across high-volume or marketplace-style content.
  • •Deep, practical LLM experience, including production use of LLM content systems and understanding RLHF/structured feedback loops.
  • •Strong semantic SEO expertise (entities, topical maps, information gain, language-quality signals beyond keywords).
  • •Working knowledge of how AI answer surfaces retrieve and cite sources.
  • •Hands-on data skills with SQL/BigQuery and tools such as GSC, GA4, SEMrush, or DataForSEO; plus a proven A/B testing portfolio.
