Serve as the primary day-to-day interface between customers and internal teams, supporting the North American sales organization with book management and C2C execution. Own customer requests such as volume declarations and scheduling, coordinate delivery documentation, and help ensure on-time in-full contracted volumes. Work with portfolio, scheduling, commercial services, logistics, and operations to manage forecasts, inventory, pricing, contract execution, and stakeholder relationships.
