Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the site subject matter expert for quality systems, procedures, and compliance requirements, supporting QMS leadership.
  • •Support and maintain the site QMS aligned to ISO 9001:2015 through audits, management reviews, and customer audit activities.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and other quality documentation, including document control and records management.
  • •Lead quality investigations using root cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone, CAPA, and 8D) and monitor quality KPIs and trends with data-driven recommendations.
  • •Verify calibration and performance of wet chemistry and analytical instrumentation, troubleshoot methods/results, and manage laboratory recordkeeping and data integrity within SAP and lab systems.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •OR MS in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • •Experience conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Experience working with SAP Quality Management (QM) and strong wet chemistry laboratory experience.
