Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects
•Lead the Salesforce development team in delivering solutions through collaboration with internal teams and clients
•Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing the Salesforce platform
•Mentor junior team members on Salesforce best practices and integration technologies; perform code reviews and technical oversight
•Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related clouds

Key Requirements

•10+ years of overall Salesforce experience with 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation
•Strong understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices
•Proven track record leading and delivering Salesforce projects from a technical standpoint
•Deep knowledge of Financial Services Cloud Data Model, standard validations, and use cases; ability to design and customize FS Cloud
•Experience with Lightning framework (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and Apex coding; familiarity with Governor limits, UI optimization, and deployment tools (SFDX, Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT, change sets)
