Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects
  • •Lead the Salesforce development team in delivering solutions through collaboration with internal teams and clients
  • •Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing the Salesforce platform
  • •Mentor junior team members on Salesforce best practices and integration technologies; perform code reviews and technical oversight
  • •Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related clouds

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of overall Salesforce experience with 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices
  • •Proven track record leading and delivering Salesforce projects from a technical standpoint
  • •Deep knowledge of Financial Services Cloud Data Model, standard validations, and use cases; ability to design and customize FS Cloud
  • •Experience with Lightning framework (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and Apex coding; familiarity with Governor limits, UI optimization, and deployment tools (SFDX, Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT, change sets)
