Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of assigned projects from initiation through completion and handover.
  • •Develop and manage project execution plans, programmes, budgets, milestones, resources, and delivery strategies.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project delivery partners to meet agreed requirements.
  • •Monitor project progress against milestones and KPIs and implement recovery/mitigation plans as needed; manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
  • •Oversee budgets, forecasts, expenditure, variations, change control, reporting, and compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and HSE/quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).
  • •12–15 years of relevant project management experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
  • •Strong experience in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or major project environments.
  • •Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and multiple workstreams across the project lifecycle.
