Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the product development process from early development through commercialization via prototypes, line presentation samples, and Brand Activation samples.
  • •Support special techniques and executions such as printing, laser, emboss, and other special product requirements.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and factories, including following up leather/material/components/hardware through the product development process.
  • •Enforce product quality by checking samples before sending to New York, identifying potential risks, and supporting testing and trials early.
  • •Lead handover meetings and maintain required reporting and planning updates in EC-Vision, including allocation/monthly transfer list accuracy and SP sample execution checks.

Key Requirements

  • •1 or 2 years of product development experience in handbags, wallets, or accessories (branded experience preferred), or top-talent fresh graduate students welcome.
  • •Good knowledge of the bag/fashion accessories making process and familiarity with fabric and leather.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, cooperation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • •Ability to work independently on follow-up of design requirements and effectively in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
  • •Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and English proficiency.
