Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed within a research team to build, harden, and improve the systems and infrastructure the team needs to succeed.
  • •Design, build, and operate RL training systems infrastructure and the supporting execution environment.
  • •Implement and maintain sandboxing and agent scaffolding to support safe, repeatable experimentation.
  • •Build and manage data pipelines used by post-training research workflows.
  • •Collaborate with researchers to evolve infrastructure reliability and performance over time.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading projects end to end in large, fast-moving codebases, building systems others depend on.

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.
