Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate survey and installation activities for infrastructure projects and act as a bridge between field technicians, vendors, project managers, and customer contacts.
  • •Validate installation deliverables including installation photos, cabling confirmation, and device connectivity.
  • •Ensure execution aligns with approved runbooks, technical coordination plans, and scope documents, including maintaining device configuration accuracy.
  • •Monitor project milestones, proactively identify risks or delays, and escalate issues to next-level support or management when required.
  • •Prepare and share structured reports and daily execution updates, including risk reports and closure summaries, and maintain project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •2 to 4 years of experience in technical coordination, infrastructure support, or international call center environments.
  • •Strong understanding of infrastructure devices and network fundamentals, including router/switch/access point installation processes.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team, including in a 24/7 environment supporting US business hours.
