Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent insureds in general liability and commercial auto insurance defense cases.
  • •Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, legal analysis, damages evaluation, and legal research.
  • •Prepare and file pleadings and documents, including conducting pre-trial discovery.
  • •Prepare for and aggressively handle hearings and trials.
  • •Conduct post-trial activities where appropriate, and mentor less experienced attorneys.
