Advisory Consultant - Transaction Advisory

Join the UK Transaction Advisory team to deliver infrastructure advisory and project finance services across sectors such as transport, energy, utilities, social infrastructure, and digital infrastructure. You will support PPP/PFI structuring and lifecycle, operational, and payment reviews; prepare lender and investor reporting; and provide clear, commercially focused guidance. You’ll manage multiple mandates, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to proposals, and support continuous improvement while mentoring junior team members.
