Job Summary

Join the Global Benefits team as a Benefits Specialist focused on administering employee benefit programs across the Americas. Based in Gurugram, you’ll support healthcare, retirement, wellness, and work-life initiatives for US, Bermuda, and Canada employees; manage day-to-day benefits operations, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with Payroll/Finance, and help drive communications and engagement in benefits programs within a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, delivering timely, accurate support across all benefit programs.
•Manage day-to-day benefits operations, including life cycle events, invoicing, billing, and maintenance of benefits content in HRIS (Workday) and vendor systems.
•Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations (Form 5500, 1095-C, non-discrimination testing, etc.).
•Support benefits administration across the Americas, including US Open Enrollment cycles.
•Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to analyze benefits data, assist budgeting, and identify risks or opportunities related to benefits spend and planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, Human Capital or related field, or equivalent practical experience
•Experience in a dynamic, matrixed, fast-paced environment with autonomy
•Ability to handle confidential employee medical and financial information; HIPAA training to be completed after hire
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
•3+ years of progressive benefits/wellness experience in the US is preferred (optional)
