Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Provide an excellent client experience through account opening, service requests, and credit application submissions, while educating clients on digital and self-service banking options. Partner with branch teams to deliver operational excellence and accuracy.

•Provide consistent client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening consumer/business accounts, and completing service requests.
•Proactively educate customers on emerging and self-service digital products; leverage resources and technologies to improve client experience and accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Proven customer service and interpersonal skills; experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies is preferred.
