Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs for RCT equipment to keep systems in optimal condition.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy machinery and complete quality checks post-repair.
  • •Conduct regular equipment inspections, maintain accurate condition records, and recommend parts replacement or repairs based on inspection outcomes.
  • •Complete SHEQ documentation during maintenance (e.g., Procedure, Safe Check, JHA) and maintain maintenance logs, diagnostic findings, and reports for supervisors.
  • •Manage spare parts/tools inventory needs, coordinate ordering, provide technical support to operators, and participate in training to stay current on repair techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/SMK in Electrical (Low Voltage) or electronics/mechanical background, or relevant field service experience.
  • •Strong understanding of Remote Control Technologies (RCT) products and how they’re used.
  • •Proven experience in installation, servicing, and field repair work.
  • •Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems (PLCs, HMI, SCADA), including low-voltage electrical systems and instrumentation.
  • •Safety-focused ability to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics/troubleshooting, maintain detailed records, and communicate effectively in Bahasa and English.
