Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax standards aligned to experience level.
  • •Perform automotive services from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • •Complete multi-point inspections and accurately document findings and completed work.
  • •Repair or replace vehicle components (e.g., trim, seals, panels) to support reconditioning efforts.
  • •Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area while collaborating with the team to meet production goals.
