Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform day-of-show duties in coordination with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor.
  • •Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries related to security, artist meet-and-greet packages, amenities, VIP access, and seat upgrades.
  • •Resolve guest concerns and follow up with Security and Guest Services to ensure service standards are met.
  • •Lead opening/running/closing duties, create pre-shift sheets, and conduct pre-shift meetings; communicate issues to the MOD.
  • •Complete incident reports, collect witness statements, assist with ejection logs, ensure responsible alcohol service, and maintain line of sight/security procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •Philadelphia Guard Card (or equivalent certificate).
  • •Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations.
  • •Strong guest relations/staff relations skills, including anticipating special needs and turning negative situations into positive ones.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively while maintaining an upbeat attitude; High School Diploma required.
