Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, arrange, and monitor movement of materials, equipment, and supplies across road, sea, and other transportation modes.
  • •Prepare loading and offloading plans to ensure safe load distribution, transportation feasibility, and compliance with project and HSE requirements.
  • •Coordinate vessel schedules, transportation, lifting operations, and loading/offloading activities to meet site logistics needs.
  • •Track and expedite material deliveries to ensure timely availability at project sites and provide regular progress updates.
  • •Maintain accurate logistics records, cargo manifests, inventories, and transportation reports while resolving logistics issues promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role supporting offshore, onshore, marine, oil & gas, EPC, or construction projects.
  • •Good knowledge of logistics planning, loading/offloading operations, transportation management, vessel logistics, and material coordination.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP experience is an advantage).
  • •Understanding of Permit to Work (PTW), Area Authority responsibilities, offshore safety requirements, HSE standards, and project compliance procedures.
