Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform basic carpentry repairs and maintenance on structures, partitions, walls, doors, fences, window frames, office furniture, roofs, and shelves.
  • •Complete basic electrical, plumbing, appliance/hot water heater, and surface preparation for painting and finishing tasks.
  • •Conduct preventative maintenance on branches and equipment on a scheduled basis, and perform repairs/replacements such as flooring and wall coverings.
  • •Respond to emergency situations during and after regular working hours to resolve immediate safety concerns and report unsafe electrical conditions.
  • •Maintain vehicle and work sites, keep required paperwork/receipts, and complete service tickets in a timely manner via ServiceNow.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED (plus specialized schooling/on-the-job education) and 5 years related experience and/or training.
  • •Ability to perform basic rough and finished carpentry repairs (partitions, walls, doors, fences, window frames, furniture, roofs, shelves).
  • •Ability to perform basic electrical repair work for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, appliances, and lighting systems.
  • •Ability to identify and repair basic plumbing leaks/breaks, unclog drains/lines, and replace minor parts/seals.
  • •Valid Drivers License and ability to operate hand/power tools, ladders/lifts, and complete required training (including BSA/AML).
