Manufacturing Engineer

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts through final assemblies. Partner with other engineering functions to coordinate product improvements and new product releases, while applying lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality. Create and evaluate test procedures, determine time standards, recommend tooling/process requirements, and perform root-cause analysis with PFMEA. Mentor junior engineers and use DFx to support cost and quality targets.
