Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and drive development of innovative reports, predictive models, and analytical frameworks to identify opportunities, risks, and initiatives.
  • •Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives that influence executive-level business decisions and roadmaps.
  • •Lead end-to-end ownership of high-visibility, complex analytics projects with ambiguous requirements and cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Mentor and lead more junior data analysts by providing technical guidance, coaching on best practices, and fostering accountability.
  • •Partner with data engineering and product teams to influence data strategy, improve data infrastructure, and drive data governance for core data asset reliability and accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, including leading complex projects and mentoring others.
  • •Expert-level SQL skills, including writing, optimizing, troubleshooting complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling in a warehouse environment.
  • •Mastery of at least one enterprise BI/data visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to build scalable, high-performance dashboards for senior leadership.
  • •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex modeling, pivot tables, lookup/index-match, and data cleanup.
  • •Proficiency in a modern data ecosystem (Snowflake, Databricks) and strong business acumen, with preferred experience using Python and analyzing event/telemetry data for product KPIs and strategy.
